How it works

From a sentence to a conversation.

You say who you need. Supercharged plans the search, checks every person against what you asked for, and drafts a message in your own voice.

Step 1

Say who you're after

Write it the way you'd ask a friend. If something matters and isn't clear, it asks you one question first.

Step 2

Watch it search

It looks in several places, checks each person against every requirement, and shows you its working as it goes.

Step 3

Reach out properly

Each person comes with why they fit. Drafts are written from your CV and your writing, and sent from your own Gmail or Outlook.

Example people and messages, for illustration.

Why we're building this

Information is a search away. The right people aren't.

In a world where you have essentially any information at your fingertips, the highest-return thing is the people you have at your fingertips. That's where today's tools still struggle.

George Hastings, co-founder
People are scatteredThe person you need sits somewhere in a sprawling organisation, a society committee or a startup of twelve. Nothing lists them in one place.
Search wasn't built for peopleSearch engines rank pages, and AI tools summarise them. Neither is built to find a specific kind of person and check they really fit.
Finding is only half of itKnowing who to contact is useless without a reason to write and a message worth replying to. We do both.

For students

Internships come from people you know. Get to know them.

  • Alumni firstPeople who went to your university, did your course or came through your society are the ones most likely to reply.
  • Messages that sound like youDrafts use your CV and a sample of your own writing, so they read like you wrote them. Because you did.
  • One place for every conversationTrack who you've written to, who replied and who you've spoken to, from first email to coffee.

For societies

Speakers, sponsors and partners, without the cold-email slog.

  • Find the right organisations, then the right peopleFunded fintechs, firms that sponsor student events, societies to co-host with. Each one with the reason it fits.
  • A shared picture of your committee's networkSee which firms your members already know someone at, so the warm introduction comes before the cold email.
  • Leads that don't get lostKeep speakers and sponsors in one list with their status, from first message to confirmed.

For startups Coming soon

The best early hires are still at university.

  • Students who chose to be foundSearch students who have opted in to hear from startups, by course, skills and what they're looking for.
  • Prospecting with contextTell it what you sell once. It finds companies that fit, recent reasons to get in touch, and the people who decide.
